In the many years that we’ve been coaching we’ve noticed that so many businesses don’t have a sales playbook and as a result they are missing out on sales, struggling to train new hires and generally floundering when it comes to sales. In this two day comprehensive workshop we sit down with you and your team and develop a play by play playbook that will help you with everything from a consistent message to asking for the sale and ultimately closing more deals!
